International Tournament
Dear football friends,
We are thrilled to invite you to the 38th edition of the International Tournament (IT38), hosted by G.S.V.V. The Knickerbockers in Groningen, The Netherlands, on July 3rd & 4th, 2026 (with optional stay until July 5th).
This year’s theme is “World Cup Title”. We can’t wait to turn the University of Groningen’s sports facilities into the stage for the biggest student football event in Europe. 🌍⚽
With over 600 participants from all across Europe, IT has become THE tournament you simply can’t miss. Expect an unforgettable mix of football, sportsmanship, and legendary parties featuring live performances and DJs.

It’s a vibrant student city combining historic charm with modern architecture and a lively nightlife, the perfect backdrop for a weekend full of football and fun!

Participation costs are only €40 per person. However, spots are limited, so make sure to register your team as soon as possible via the Registration form
